You will share the common areas with the occupants of two other rooms. The kitchen, new, is fitted and equipped with a hob, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and everything you need to prepare your meals. The decoration is neat. The housing diagnostics are recent and can be provided on request.
The apartment is non-smoking and has Wi-Fi. A spacious and enclosed parking lot, as well as a pleasure garden, offer a quiet relaxation area.
